Chicken tenderloins are a great option for a quick and easy meal that is still packed with flavor. These small, boneless cuts of chicken are versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes. Chicken tenderloins are great for adding to salads, wraps, or you can pair them with your favorite side dishes for a delicious meal.
One of the best things about chicken tenderloins is that they cook quickly and require very little prep work. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. chicken tenderloins
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. Seasoning mix (see recipe below) - or use any seasoning mix you prefer
Seasoning Mix:
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Line a medium sized baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper
- Arrange chicken tenderloins on lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle oil over chicken.
- Sprinkle seasoning over chicken, flipping chicken as needed to coat both sides.
- Bake chicken for 20 minutes or until fully cooked at 165 degrees.
Notes:
- I let the chicken cool down for 30 minutes before placing it in the refrigerator. Cooking the meat early saves time later in the day. However, if you are cooking the chicken right before your meal, let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
