Welcome!
In this post, I am sharing a recipe for pizza quiche. Pizza quiche is a delicious and unique dish that combines the best of both worlds: pizza and quiche. This crustless quiche is similar to my Broccoli Cheddar Crustless Quiche.
Crustless quiche is easy to make. For most crustless quiche recipes, you only need eggs, milk, cheese, and approximately 1 cup of your featured ingredient to mix in. Quiche is easy to customize to your liking, creating endless possibilities.
Pizza Quiche (yields 6 servings)
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup 1% milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup black olives
- 15 pepperoni slices
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven the 350 degrees.
- Prepare a 9-inch glass pie pan with butter, oil, or a nonstick spray.
- Crack the eggs into a small mixing bowl. Add milk to the eggs. Gently stir the mixture with a fork or a whisk until mixture is smooth. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the glass pan. Gently stir in the ground beef followed by the cheese.
- Next, add the olives and pepperoni.
- Bake for 45 minutes. (To check for doneness, insert a knife into the center of the quiche. The knife will come out clean if the quiche is done).
